• Citizenship / Passport / PAN Card / Driving License
• The Photograph should be Passport size only.
• The photograph must be without a cap so that his/her head is in full view.
• The photograph must be without Eye Glasses so that his/her Face is Recognizable.
• The photograph must show the examinee’s face looking straight out so that his/her face is recognizable.
• Bank Deposit Voucher / Screenshot of Payment should uploaded.
• Exam Fee has to be Deposited Individually in the name of the Student.
• For Mobile Banking, Please write the name of the Student in the Remarks Column.
• Without payment your form will not be submitted.
• Exam Fee - 4500/- NPR.
• Your Application will be verified after the Deadline Date.
